A speaker and course director, he presents on cosmetic dentistry, leadership in dentistry, and transitioning to fee-for-service models. Recognized in her mid 30s as one of the youngest executives among the Top 150 leaders of a Nasdaq listed corporation, she has served on global leadership teams and led initiatives impacting thousands of people across more than 20 countries.

For over two decades, Katrin has coached C suite executives and business leaders and has been brought into complex, high pressure situations around the world to troubleshoot challenges, navigate change, and support transformation, crisis management, company sales and acquisitions, and cultural change. She is known for combining sharp analytical thinking with a deeply human centered approach to uncover patterns that can stand in the way of greater success, fulfillment, and ease.

At age 40, Katrin stepped away from senior corporate leadership and spent two years living in Asia, focusing on spiritual practice, personal development, and further education. This experience shaped her belief that true success goes far beyond paychecks and job titles. Katrin combines her corporate experience with a deep understanding of human behavior and personal transformation.
