Welcome to Emanate Leadership (“Emanate Leadership,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by Palm Beach Dental Academy LLC.
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Emanate Leadership website, programs, services, memberships, content, and related offerings.
By accessing our website, purchasing a service, joining a membership, or participating in an Emanate Leadership program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not purchase or use our services.
1. GENERAL INFORMATION

2. OUR SERVICES
Emanate Leadership provides leadership development, education, mentorship, personal and professional development, and related services.
Our primary offerings currently include:
Emanate Leadership Coaching Circle
An ongoing membership experience providing access to a private Facebook group, leadership and personal development content, discussions, shared experiences, case and question discussions, and other membership benefits described on the applicable sales page.
Private 1:1 Coaching
A private coaching experience consisting of four individual sessions conducted through Zoom and focused on the participant’s personal, professional, leadership, relationship, career, or other relevant challenges and goals.
We may introduce, modify, or discontinue services and programs from time to time.
3. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to purchase or participate in our services.
By purchasing or using our services, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
4. PAYMENT PROCESSING
Payments for Emanate Leadership services and memberships are processed through Stripe or another payment processor specifically identified at checkout.
By providing a payment method, you authorize Emanate Leadership and its payment processor to charge that payment method for the purchase or recurring subscription you select.
Emanate Leadership does not store your complete credit or debit card information.
Prices, billing frequency, and applicable charges will be disclosed before you complete your purchase.
5. PRIVATE 1:1 COACHING
Private 1:1 Coaching is purchased as a one-time package consisting of four private sessions conducted through Zoom.
Following purchase, Emanate Leadership will contact the client to arrange the dates and times of the sessions.
RESCHEDULING
We understand that schedules sometimes change.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled session, you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled start time.
A session canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before its scheduled start time will be considered used and will not be eligible for refund, credit, or replacement.
MISSED SESSIONS
If you fail to attend a scheduled session without providing the required notice, that session will be considered used.
The missed session will not be rescheduled, credited, or refunded.
REFUNDS
Private 1:1 Coaching is sold as a package rather than as individual sessions.
Payments are non-refundable once the coaching program has begun, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
6. EMANATE LEADERSHIP COACHING CIRCLE
The Emanate Leadership Coaching Circle is an ongoing membership program.
Membership may include access to a private Facebook group, educational materials, discussions, live or recorded content, question and case discussions, and other resources or experiences described on the applicable sales page.
Membership benefits, content, format, platforms, and scheduling may evolve over time as the program develops.
7. MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP AND AUTOMATIC RENEWAL
If you select the monthly membership option, your membership is a recurring subscription.
Your membership will automatically renew each month unless you cancel it before your next billing date.
By purchasing a monthly membership, you expressly authorize Emanate Leadership and Stripe to automatically charge the payment method you provide for the applicable monthly membership fee on each recurring billing date until you cancel.
The applicable monthly price will be clearly disclosed before purchase.
You may cancel your membership before your next billing date to prevent the next recurring charge.
Cancellation does not retroactively refund a payment already processed. After cancellation, you may continue to access the membership through the end of your current paid billing period unless otherwise stated.
There are no prorated refunds for unused portions of a monthly billing period except where required by applicable law.
8. ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP AND AUTOMATIC RENEWAL
If you select the annual membership option, your membership is a recurring annual subscription.
Your membership will automatically renew for another annual term unless you cancel before the applicable renewal date or cancellation deadline disclosed to you.
By purchasing an annual membership, you expressly authorize Emanate Leadership and Stripe to automatically charge the payment method you provide for the applicable annual membership fee on each renewal date until you cancel.
The applicable annual price will be clearly disclosed before purchase.
Where required by applicable law, Emanate Leadership will provide advance written or electronic notice of an upcoming automatic renewal, including information regarding the renewal and how to cancel.
Cancellation of an annual membership prevents the next renewal charge but does not terminate the membership immediately. You may continue to access the membership through the end of your current paid annual term unless otherwise stated.
Annual membership payments already made are non-refundable and will not be prorated for unused portions of the membership term, except where required by applicable law.
9. HOW TO CANCEL A MEMBERSHIP
You may cancel your Emanate Leadership Coaching Circle subscription through the online cancellation method made available to you, including through the Stripe customer portal when available.
Where required by applicable law, Emanate Leadership will permit cancellation in the same manner and by the same means through which the membership was accepted.
Cancellation must be completed before the applicable renewal date or disclosed cancellation deadline to prevent the next recurring charge.
After cancellation, you will retain access through the end of your current paid membership period unless otherwise stated.
Canceling your membership stops future renewal charges. It does not generate a refund for amounts previously paid, except where required by applicable law.

10. MEMBERSHIP ACCESS
Memberships are personal to the individual who purchased them.
Membership access, login credentials, content, recordings, materials, or other member benefits may not be shared, transferred, resold, reproduced, or provided to another person without our written permission.
Access to the Leadership Coaching Circle and its private community ends when the member’s paid membership period expires.
Emanate Leadership reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership access for material violations of these Terms or our community standards.
11. PRIVATE FACEBOOK COMMUNITY
The Emanate Leadership Coaching Circle currently uses a private Facebook group as part of the membership experience.
Participation in the Facebook group is subject to Facebook’s own terms, policies, technology, availability, and platform requirements.
Emanate Leadership does not control Facebook and is not responsible for interruptions, platform changes, account restrictions, technical problems, data practices, or other actions taken by Facebook or its affiliated companies.
If the platform becomes unavailable or unsuitable, Emanate Leadership may move the community or portions of the program to another platform.
12. COMMUNITY CONFIDENTIALITY
The Emanate Leadership Coaching Circle is intended to create an environment where members can have meaningful and candid conversations.
Members agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of other participants.
You may not record, screenshot, reproduce, publish, distribute, post, or disclose another member’s personal information, questions, comments, experiences, photographs, videos, or other confidential material shared within the community without that person’s permission.
What another member shares about their personal life, professional life, relationships, business, practice, or experiences should remain confidential.
However, Emanate Leadership cannot guarantee that another participant will maintain confidentiality. Members should use appropriate judgment regarding the information they choose to share.
13. PATIENT AND THIRD-PARTY INFORMATION
Healthcare professionals participating in Emanate Leadership programs are responsible for protecting the confidentiality of their patients and complying with all applicable privacy laws and professional obligations.
Do not share protected health information, patient names, photographs, records, identifying details, or other information that could reasonably identify a patient within the Facebook group, coaching discussions, submitted questions, or other Emanate Leadership community environments unless you have all permissions and authorizations legally required to do so.
The same principle applies to confidential information belonging to employees, associates, business partners, clients, or other third parties.
Emanate Leadership is not intended to serve as a repository for protected patient health information.
14. COMMUNITY CONDUCT
Members are expected to interact respectfully and professionally.
Harassment, threats, discrimination, abusive behavior, deliberate breaches of another member’s confidentiality, unauthorized solicitation, distribution of another person’s content, or conduct that materially interferes with the community experience is prohibited.
Emanate Leadership reserves the right to remove a participant from the community or terminate access for serious or repeated violations of these standards.
Depending on the circumstances and to the extent permitted by applicable law, termination resulting from a participant’s violation of these Terms may occur without a refund.
15. EDUCATIONAL AND DEVELOPMENTAL NATURE OF OUR SERVICES
Emanate Leadership provides education, leadership development, mentorship, coaching, and personal and professional development.
Our services are not a substitute for medical care, psychotherapy, mental health treatment, legal advice, accounting services, financial advice, or other services requiring a licensed professional relationship.
Participation in Emanate Leadership does not create a doctor-patient, therapist-client, attorney-client, accountant-client, or financial advisor-client relationship.
If you require medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other licensed professional assistance, you should consult an appropriately qualified professional.
16. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
Emanate Leadership is designed to provide perspective, education, support, tools, conversations, and opportunities for personal and professional development.
Your results depend on numerous factors, including your circumstances, decisions, actions, participation, and implementation.
We do not guarantee any specific personal, professional, business, financial, career, health, relationship, or other outcome from participation in our programs or services.
Testimonials, examples, discussions, or experiences shared by Emanate Leadership or its participants are illustrative only and do not guarantee that another participant will achieve the same or similar results.
17. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, business operations, professional conduct, relationships, finances, health decisions, and other aspects of your personal and professional life.
Information or perspectives provided through Emanate Leadership should be considered educational and developmental in nature.
You are responsible for determining whether and how to apply anything discussed or learned through our services.
18. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, the content provided through the Emanate Leadership website, Leadership Coaching Circle, Private 1:1 Coaching, videos, recordings, educational materials, documents, graphics, branding, presentations, frameworks, and other program materials is owned by or licensed to Emanate Leadership or Palm Beach Dental Academy LLC.
Purchasing or participating in an Emanate Leadership service gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own personal and professional development.
You may not reproduce, record, distribute, publish, sell, license, upload, share, teach, commercially exploit, or create derivative products from our proprietary materials without prior written permission.
19. RECORDINGS AND CONTENT
Certain group sessions, presentations, educational discussions, or other program experiences may be recorded.
When a session will be recorded, participants will be informed as appropriate.
Any recording, testimonial, photograph, video, name, likeness, personal story, or identifiable contribution from a participant will be used publicly by Emanate Leadership only in accordance with applicable law and any consent or authorization required for that use.
Members may not independently record Emanate Leadership sessions, Zoom calls, group discussions, or other program content without prior written permission.
20. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Emanate Leadership uses third-party platforms and service providers to operate portions of its business.
These may include Wix for website hosting, Stripe for payment processing, Zoom for virtual sessions, Facebook for the private Leadership Coaching Circle community, and other technology or communication providers.
Your use of these third-party platforms may also be governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
Emanate Leadership is not responsible for the independent acts, omissions, security practices, availability, or policies of third-party service providers.
21. WEBSITE AND DATA PROCESSING
Our website is hosted through Wix.
Information submitted through the website may be processed or stored through Wix and other service providers used to operate our website and business.
Payments are processed through Stripe or another payment processor expressly identified at checkout. Emanate Leadership does not store complete payment card information.
Our website may use cookies and similar technologies for website functionality, analytics, security, marketing, and user experience.
Please review our Privacy Policy for additional information regarding how personal information is collected and used.
22. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Emanate Leadership, Palm Beach Dental Academy LLC, and their owners, officers, employees, contractors, representatives, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the website, membership, coaching services, content, or programs.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
23. FORCE MAJEURE
Emanate Leadership will not be responsible for delays, interruptions, cancellations, or inability to perform caused by circumstances reasonably beyond our control.
These circumstances may include natural disasters, severe weather, illness or emergency, internet or technology outages, platform failures, governmental actions, labor disruptions, or other events outside our reasonable control.
When reasonably possible, we will attempt to provide an appropriate alternative or reschedule an affected service.
24. CHANGES TO SERVICES AND PRICING
Emanate Leadership may modify its services, membership features, content, schedules, platforms, or pricing from time to time.
Changes to pricing for an existing recurring subscription will be communicated in advance where required by applicable law and will not be applied retroactively to amounts already paid.
If a material change affects an existing subscription, we will provide any notice or opportunity to cancel required by applicable law.
25. TERMINATION
Emanate Leadership reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to its services if a participant materially violates these Terms, misuses proprietary content, violates another participant’s privacy, engages in abusive or disruptive conduct, or uses the services for unlawful purposes.
Termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination.
26. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and any dispute arising from or relating to them will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
27. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Before initiating litigation relating to these Terms or Emanate Leadership services, the parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally.
If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing litigation, except where applicable law permits a party to seek immediate injunctive relief or otherwise prevents enforcement of this requirement.
Nothing in this provision is intended to eliminate or restrict any consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
28. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, technology, or applicable law.
The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
For existing recurring memberships, material changes will be communicated when required by applicable law.
Your continued use of the website or services after an applicable update becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
29. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
30. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with the applicable sales page, checkout disclosures, Privacy Policy, and any written agreement specifically entered into between you and Emanate Leadership, constitute the agreement governing your use or purchase of the applicable Emanate Leadership service.
If a separately signed written agreement expressly conflicts with these Terms, the separately signed agreement will control with respect to that conflict.
