3. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old to access our services.
By using our services, you confirm that you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.

4. PAYMENTS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
A. Payments
All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed.
We accept payments via Credit Cards, PayPal, and Stripe.
B. Refunds
- Online Courses: All sales are final unless otherwise stated.
- Coaching & Consulting: Refunds are not available once sessions have started. Reschedule requests must be made 48 hours in advance.
- Retreats & Workshops: Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations within 10 days of the event are non-refundable.
C. Cancellations & No-Shows
Failure to show up for a scheduled session or event does not qualify for a refund or reschedule.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this Website and within our services (including text, graphics, logos, and course materials) is our intellectual property and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without permission.
Purchasing a course or service grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the content but not to distribute, resell, or share it.

Our services provide educational and personal development information only. We do not provide medical, financial, or legal advice.

Any personal insights or discussions shared in coaching or mastermind sessions must remain confidential among participants.
8. COMMUNITY GUIDELINES
For all group programs, masterminds, and retreats:
- Respect all members – No harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior.
- Confidentiality is key – What’s shared in the group stays in the group.
- Constructive participation – Engage with positive intent.
Failure to comply may result in removal from the program without refund.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, internet outages, government restrictions).

10. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, USA.
Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation before pursuing legal action.

13. ADDITIONAL SERVICE TERMS
We want your Emanate Leadership experience to be supportive, clear, and stress-free. Below are a few important notes about your booking.
- Privacy: All member information, discussions, and sessions are confidential. We ask every member to honor the same respect.
By signing up for the Alignment Coaching Sessions, the Emanate Leadership Membership, or Deep Reset Private Mentorship you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
PERMITTED USERS: Each subscription is valid for one individual user only. Programs and content are for personal, non-commercial use and non-transferable. Any misuse will result in immediate termination of services by Emanate Leadership or Palm Beach Dental Academy LLC, without refund.
UPGRADE: If a member upgrades their membership, a prorated portion of their current payment will be applied to the new subscription.
MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION: Commitment is full. No refunds, pauses, or exchanges. Bi-annual members will be charged monthly unless cancellation is processed before the next billing date. Annual subscribers will be charged on their renewal date unless canceled beforehand.
"THE ALIGNMENT SESSIONS" CALL RE-SCHEDULING POLICY: Commitment is full. No refunds, pauses, or exchanges. Reschedule at least 48 hours in advance. Changes within 48 hours incur the full session fee.
"THE DEEP RESET" MENTORSHIP PROGRAM CANCELLATION: You may cancel within 3 days of purchase for a full refund. After 3 days, the purchase is non-refundable.
BILLING: Your signature authorizes Emanate Leadership or Palm Beach Dental Academy LLC to charge the card provided. Bi-annual fees will be debited automatically. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with prior notice.

14. WEBSITE HOSTING & DATA PROCESSING
Our Website is hosted on Wix.com, which provides us with the online platform to deliver our services.
- Data Storage: Your personal information may be stored on Wix’s secure servers, which may be located outside the United States.
- Payments: Payments are processed via Wix Payments, Stripe, or other providers. We do not store your full payment details.
