Cancellation Policy

We want your Emanate Leadership experience to be supportive, clear, and stress-free. Below are a few important notes about your booking. Privacy: All member information, discussions, and sessions are confidential. We ask every member to honor the same respect within our community. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS, PLEASE CONTACT US: MAIL@EMANATELEADERSHIP.COM BY SIGNING UP FOR THE ALIGNMENT SESSIONS, ALIGNMENT CALLS, OR DEEP RESET YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREED TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. PERMITTED USERS: Each subscription is valid for one individual user only. Programs and content are for personal, non-commercial use and non-transferable. Any misuse will result in immediate termination of services by Emanate Leadership or Royal Palm Beach Dental Academy LLC, without refund. You agree not to: Publicly disclose any portion of the program; Reproduce, copy, or exploit the program except as permitted; Use automated means to access the website; Interfere with or disrupt the program; Use the program for public performances. UPGRADE: If a member upgrades their membership, a prorated portion of their current payment will be applied to the new subscription. SERVICE CANCELLATION: Committing to the Alignment Sessions, Alignment Calls, or Deep Reset is a full commitment. No refunds, pauses, or exchanges. Bi-annual members will be charged monthly unless cancellation is processed via the Emanate Leadership platform before the next billing date. Annual subscribers will be charged on their renewal date unless cancellation is processed prior. CALL RE-SCHEDULING POLICY: If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours prior to your session without charge. Changes within 48 hours will incur the full session fee, and rescheduling without payment will not be allowed. MENTORSHIP PROGRAM CANCELLATION: For mentorship programs, you may cancel within 3 days of purchase for a full refund. After 3 days, the purchase is non-refundable, and no refunds are given once the program begins. BILLING: Your signature authorizes Emanate Leadership or Royal Palm Beach Dental Academy LLC to charge the card provided. For monthly payments, the fee will be automatically debited each month. Emanate Leadership or Royal Palm Beach Dental Academy LLC reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time, with prior notice to users.
